This privacy policy applies to the Vocab Lab app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created as a Free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

The Application collects specific information when you download and use it. This information is used strictly for account management, providing the educational service, and fraud prevention.

To use the Application, you must create an account. We collect your email address and a unique User ID. This information is securely authenticated via Google Firebase and is used exclusively for account management and to synchronize your study progress (learned words, streaks, and flashcard data) across devices.

2. Financial and Payment Information
The Application offers premium features ("Pro" access). If you choose to upgrade via our manual payment system, we collect your payment sender number and transaction ID (e.g., bKash or Nagad). This data is strictly used for payment verification and fraud prevention. It is encrypted in transit and securely stored in our database. We do not collect or store credit card numbers or bank account passwords.

3. Automatically Collected Information
The Application may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile devices unique device ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, and information about the way you use the Application (such as crash logs and performance data) to improve the user experience.

However, please be aware that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Children’s Privacy
These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to take the necessary actions.
